Purpose of PolicyCraft
PolicyCraft provides employee-handbook templates, HR policy references, policy-selection tools, handbook analysis, editing, and export features for business owners and HR professionals.
No legal advice or guarantee of compliance
PolicyCraft provides general HR information and drafting tools. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Employment requirements can vary based on jurisdiction, workforce size, industry, contracts, union status, and specific facts. You are responsible for reviewing the final handbook for your organization and obtaining qualified legal advice when appropriate.
Your responsibility for the final handbook
You control the policies you select, edits you make, company-specific information you add, and whether a handbook is distributed. You should confirm that the handbook reflects your actual practices and current applicable requirements before distribution.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share password-reset links or use another person's account without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not use PolicyCraft to upload unlawful content, malicious code, material you do not have permission to use, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, payment controls, usage limits, or security measures.
Paid access
Paid tiers are offered at the price shown before checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. PolicyCraft does not need your full payment-card number to provide the service. Access is granted only after the platform receives and verifies the applicable payment event.
Professional HR review
Gemelli Business Services may offer separate consulting or handbook-review services. Purchasing PolicyCraft does not automatically include consulting, legal review, or attorney services unless expressly stated in a separate written service agreement.
Ownership and permitted use
PolicyCraft software, branding, original platform text, and template library remain the property of Gemelli Business Services or its licensors. A paid customer may use handbook output created for the customer's own organization. The template library may not be copied, scraped, resold, shared across unrelated organizations, or redistributed as a competing template product.
Service changes
PolicyCraft may update templates, features, security controls, and policy references as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy displayed on PolicyCraft. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to the digital-product terms and limited exceptions stated in that policy.
